Welcome to Paradise

Our exhibition Welcome to Paradise is up and running at Colonnade House! We are now half way through, with a few days left to come and see Ellie Bond and me in the main gallery space.

We are lucky to show our work in this beautiful 1930s building – only last year it was converted into the ‘creative hub’ it is today, with 2 exhibition spaces and artist/designer studios. We’ve already seen many brilliant shows and events there, and long may these continue!

Front Window Colonnade House

For Welcome to Paradise Ellie has made layered acetate tropical-inspired compositions, as well as a limited edition collection of prints. I think my favourites are her Watermelon collage and her large abstract canvases. And check out the beautiful leaves she’s cut for the window display!

I’ve added to my colourful print collection with 3 new designs, and have brought a selection of larger format prints in especially for the show.

This is me drawing on the window. And the display so far! We may still add to this, because it really has been fun.

Our little corner of Paradise is open to visitors until this Saturday 23rd September, 10am-5pm. Do come and say hello!
